1. PURPOSE
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines prohibited uses of AuditsReady's Services. This AUP is part of our Terms of Service and applies to all customers.
Violation of this AUP may result in termination of your project, refusal of future services, with or without notice.
Note: Services are provided via email-based consulting. You are responsible for proper use of our deliverables and maintaining confidentiality.
2. PERMITTED USES
You may use AuditsReady's Services to:
- Analyze your organization's documentation for ISO 9001 compliance gaps
- Receive recommendations for improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Prepare for ISO 9001 audits and certifications
- Obtain guidance on quality management system documentation
- Implement recommendations provided in gap analysis reports
- Share deliverables with your internal team members within your organization
3. PROHIBITED USES
3.1 Illegal Activities
You may NOT use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or industry standards
- Infringe intellectual property rights of others
- Engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive practices
- Launder money or engage in financial crimes
- Violate export control or sanctions laws
3.2 Abuse of Services
You may NOT:
- Resell or redistribute our deliverables (gap analysis reports, recommendations) to third parties
- Offer our reports as your own work to other businesses
- Submit documents you don't own or have authorization to share with us
- Request multiple projects under different names to abuse pricing or guarantees
- Use our analysis services for competitors or on behalf of competing businesses
3.3 Competitive Use
You may NOT:
- Use our deliverables to build a competing ISO consulting business
- Reverse-engineer our AI analysis methodologies
- Copy our report formats, templates, or proprietary analysis frameworks
- Use our services to provide consulting to your own clients (reselling prohibited)
- Share our deliverables with other ISO consultants or competing firms
3.4 Harmful Content
You may NOT submit via email:
- Malware, viruses, or malicious code in attachments
- Content that violates third-party rights (copyrighted materials you don't own)
- Illegal or stolen data (e.g., stolen intellectual property)
- Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of employees without proper authorization
- Sensitive personal data (health records, financial data) unless necessary for ISO compliance and you have proper consent
3.5 Misuse of AI-Generated Recommendations
You may NOT:
- Use AI-generated recommendations to create fraudulent or misleading compliance documentation
- Submit our gap analysis reports to auditors as if they were official audit reports
- Rely solely on our recommendations without independent verification by qualified personnel
- Submit confidential data belonging to other organizations without their authorization
- Attempt to manipulate our analysis by providing false or incomplete information
3.6 Misrepresentation
You may NOT:
- Falsely claim ISO certification or compliance based solely on AuditsReady recommendations
- Represent that AuditsReady guarantees certification success
- Misrepresent your relationship with AuditsReady (no partnerships, endorsements, or affiliations)
- Use our name, logo, or trademarks without written permission
- Claim our reports are official audits (we are consultants, not certification bodies)
4. RESPONSIBLE USE OF AI RECOMMENDATIONS
4.1 Verification Required
You acknowledge that AI-generated recommendations in our gap analysis reports may contain:
- Errors or omissions
- Recommendations not applicable to your specific manufacturing process or industry
- Outdated information if ISO 9001 standards change
You must independently verify all recommendations before implementing them for compliance purposes.
4.2 Human Oversight
Our AI-powered analysis is designed to assist your compliance efforts, not replace qualified personnel. You remain responsible for:
- Final compliance decisions
- Ensuring documentation accuracy before submitting to auditors
- Meeting all ISO 9001:2015 requirements
- Validating our recommendations with qualified ISO experts or consultants
4.3 Document Quality
You are responsible for:
- Submitting accurate, complete, and current documentation for analysis
- Not providing misleading or falsified documents
- Ensuring document quality for meaningful gap analysis
- Disclosing any unique circumstances that may affect our recommendations
5. DATA USAGE RESTRICTIONS
5.1 Your Data
- You retain ownership of all documents you submit ("Customer Data")
- You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide gap analysis services
- We will not sell or share your Customer Data with third parties (except as disclosed in our Privacy Policy)
- Customer Data is deleted 90 days after project completion (see Privacy Policy)
5.2 Aggregate Data
We may create anonymized, aggregate statistics from analysis results for:
- Service improvement
- Industry trend analysis (e.g., common gaps in automotive manufacturing)
- Marketing materials (e.g., "85% of manufacturers found gaps in Clause 7")
This aggregate data cannot identify you or your organization.
5.3 Prohibited Data Practices
You may NOT:
- Submit documents you do not have rights to share with us
- Provide confidential information of competitors or other organizations without authorization
- Use our Services to analyze documents on behalf of third parties without our permission
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RESPECT
6.1 Third-Party IP
Do not upload copyrighted materials, trade secrets, or proprietary information belonging to others without proper authorization.
6.2 Our IP
All intellectual property in the Services (software, algorithms, designs, trademarks) belongs to AuditsReady. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. REPORTING VIOLATIONS
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP by another customer, please report it to:

- Description of the violation
- Customer or company name (if known)
- Supporting evidence or documentation
8. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATIONS
8.1 Enforcement Actions
We reserve the right to take action if you violate this AUP, including:
- Warning: First-time minor violations may receive a warning
- Project termination: Current project terminated without refund
- Refusal of future services: Banned from using AuditsReady services
- Legal action: We may pursue civil or criminal remedies for serious violations (fraud, IP theft, etc.)
- Reporting to authorities: We may report illegal activities to law enforcement
8.2 No Refunds for Violations
If your project is terminated for AUP violations, you are NOT entitled to refunds for work already performed.
8.3 Data Retention After Termination
Upon termination for AUP violation:
- We may retain Customer Data for 30 days for backup purposes
- We may retain data longer if required by law or for legal proceedings
- You may request data deletion after termination (subject to legal holds)
9. MONITORING AND INVESTIGATION
9.1 Right to Review
We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to:
- Review submitted documents if we suspect AUP violations
- Investigate suspected illegal activity or misuse
- Review Customer Data if we have reasonable suspicion of fraud or competitive misuse
9.2 No Affirmative Duty
We are not obligated to:
- Actively monitor all Customer Data submitted via email
- Screen documents for prohibited content before analysis
- Prevent AUP violations before they occur
9.3 Cooperation with Law Enforcement
We will cooperate with law enforcement requests and may disclose Customer Data pursuant to valid legal process (subpoenas, court orders, etc.).
10. CHANGES TO THIS AUP
We may update this AUP at any time by posting revised terms on our website. Changes do not affect existing projects unless required by law.
Material changes will be communicated via email to all active customers.
